Dr. Francis Dimalanta is a Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrician with over 25 years of experience in child health, development, and advocacy. He is a Fellow of both the Philippine Pediatric Society and the Philippine Society for Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics, and an International Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
He serves as Head of the Section of Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics at St. Luke’s Medical Center (QC and BGC), and as Clinical Assistant Professor at the St. Luke’s College of Medicine. He also leads the Philippine Pediatric Society’s Task Force on Mental Health for Children and Youth.
Dr. Dimalanta is President of the Philippine Association for the Gifted, President-Elect of the Rotary Club of Makati Business District, and a Board Member of the Center for Educational Measurement. He founded A Child’s DREAM Foundation in Baguio City, which has served over 12,000 children with exceptional needs nationwide.

She supports the development and mental well-being of children, teens, and families through play therapy, psychotherapy, psychoeducational assessments, and parent education. As the country’s sole hospital-based Child Life Services Consultant, she advocates for essential psychosocial care for chronically ill children in healthcare settings.
